Around 1830 the WCFD along with WCPD and EMS were dispatched to the area of Church Street and West Market Street for a reported vehicle accident with entrapment. Initial calls were reporting a vehicle into a building with possibly two people trapped underneath. Officers from WCPD were quickly on location confirming two people under the vehicle with one critically injured. Crews worked to quickly remove and transport both patients. Fame Fire Company with their collapse trailer were able to safely shore the damaged structure. Sadly one subject perished in the incident.
